  1. Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    We do our very best to get negotiate the absolute best pricing and options for getting your products safely to your door.

  2. How long will delivery take?

    We use USPS and FedEx, delivery is usually 3-5 business days.

  3. What exactly happens after ordering?

    As soon as an order is placed we begin processing your order. Generally orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received. In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship within 48 hours we will notify you.

  4. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

    You will receive email confirmation of your order and if there are any issues processing your order we will notify you via the email address provided during the ordering process.

  5. Can I use my product outdoors?

    We DO NOT recommend using our products outdoors, moisture can cause the wood to swell and will make assembly and disassembly very difficult or impossible.

    These products are intended for indoor use only.

  6. When is the order payment is taken of my bank account?

    You should see your charges within 48 hours of placing your order however different banking institutions may take longer.

  8. Can I change or cancel my order?

    Once the product has shipped we may be unable to change or cancel your order.

  9. Can I paint my furniture?

    We DO NOT recommend painting.

    Paint will not adhere to any of the plastic components

    Our patent pending interlocking system is precision engineered so painting the wood pieces will likely make it very difficult or impossible to assemble and disassemble.

  10. How do I clean my products?

    For the MDF (wood) parts mix a tablespoon of vinegar into a spray bottle containing a few ounces of water, then squirt the solution onto the affected area, wiping away with a damp cloth. Wipe the cleaned area with a dry cloth afterward to keep the moisture from soaking into the wood.

    For the plastic parts your can use a damp cloth with dish detergent or even place on the top rack of your dishwasher.
